I have managed to take a few pictures today while i was there at the condo and you can take a look at them below. Its actually finished while waiting for the OC to be approved and at current point, the OC has been processed half way and due either in March or April.

You can actually walk through the units but we can only go up to 4th floor as the lifts are not usable just yet but going up to 4th floor is enough for us to get a good imagination on how our units will look like.

By the way, the quotation for the design of each room has already been drawn up and the price, from what i see, is kinda reasonable but still customizable. You guys can go to the condo office to request for it.

There are 4 types of design for this amazing apartment and they have been categorize as type A, B, C and D.

Type A:
1,300 sqft which are located in the middle portion of the apartment. A standard unit can either see the sea view or the city (Bukit Mertajam) view.
Now only left 7 units with the price starting from RM 201,800 with additional around RM2000 for each floor up. At current point of time, only left 12 floor onwards.


Type A



Type B:
1,200 sqft which are located at the end of the apartment. The view is as similar as type A but the balcony is actually L shape and therefore, you can actually see both the sea as well as city view.
Now only left 3 units with the price starting from RM 193,800 with additional around RM2000 for each floor up. At current point of time, only left 10 floor onwards.


Type B



Type C:
1,800 sqft which are located at the other end from the type B and it basically can see the north part either the sea view as well as city view.
Now only left 3 units with the price starting from RM 267,800 with additional around RM1+++ for each floor up. At current point of time, only left 5 floor onwards.


Type C



Type D:
2,500 sqft and basically this one is the executive suite which are located at the south of the building.
Now only left 2 units with the price starting from RM 379,300 with additional around RM1+++ for each floor up. At current point of time, only left 12 floor onwards.


Type D



All unit types are actually equip with 4 rooms, large living space, designed with spacious layout which starts on the fourth floor onwards.
All units come with:
1) 18"x18" Ceramic Floor Tiles
2) Quality Ceramic Wall Tiles for Kitchen Area
3) Full Height Ceramic Tiles for Bathroom and Kitchen
4) High Ceiling
5) Conceal Air Cond Piping

Prices for those units varies as you go up higher. The bigger size unit will basically cost more. Starting price is as low as RM177k and goes up to RM400k.
