Hi, Dear Michael. Actually i was not statisfied with this Condo. Here is my comment :
1) Lighting-White COLOUR (day light)!??
As i know that most of the Condo now are using Cold light, that is yellow colour instead using the day light.
2) Although is vista bay is a condominium, frankly speaking all i can see that the maintaince charge is like condo only, but the facility is not.
3)Colour and the post of the roof top, the colour is nothing speacial like a mount steel post and the roof as well.
4)Painting colour of the condo - colour is very dark looks make buyer feel very "down".

Steven, actually not only you one person feel like that, we also. The building colour look too dark, not sunny. Sure, it is condominium but facilities not. The rooftop and the flyer design totally different. The right with white colour, how come. Almost the condo now is with gold light, right. But some other people say we are blind...???
